REFUND POLICY

At Sita, our offerings are created with care—from physical products to immersive experiences. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled across our services.

Overview

Sita offers both physical products (Ave Wellness) and experience-based services such as retreats, sessions, and workshops.

Due to the nature of these offerings, refund policies vary depending on the type of purchase.

Ave Wellness Products

Ave Wellness products are handcrafted and prepared with intention.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
 

Notes

  • Slight variations in products are part of their handcrafted nature

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers are not eligible for refunds
     

Retreats, Workshops & Sessions

Our experiences are intentionally designed and often involve limited slots, preparation, and coordination. Because of this, we follow structured cancellation guidelines.

Cancellation by Participant

More than 14 days before the event

  • Eligible for partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposit, if applicable)

  • Option to transfer your slot to another person may be available
     

7–14 days before the event

  • Partial refund may be granted at Sita’s discretion

  • Or option to reschedule (if applicable)
     

Less than 7 days before the event

  • Non-refundable
     

No-shows

  • Not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
     

Cancellation by Sita

If Sita cancels a retreat, session, or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered a full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your booking to a future offering
     

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

We will do our best to accommodate, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Special Considerations

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Requests outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

Policy Updates

Sita reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
